1. Can I talk to someone to order?
Yes, please call our order line on 0870 013 5511, open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm. If calling from abroad dial +442072909552.
2. What does our gift wrapping look like?
Our parcels come in an unmarked securely packed white envelope and for bigger items in a brown box. A simple white label indicates the addressee. Inside the parcel the gift is safely packaged in bubble wrap or polystyrene chips. The packing has been designed so that it can safely be received directly by the recipient without fuss or embarrassment or be easily repackaged to your own requirements.
3. What is our last delivery date for Christmas and Valentines?
Your very last order date for delivery by our special courier service before Christmas or Valentines Day is 2 days beforehand (excl. vouchers which take up to 5 days).
4. What is included in the delivery package?
Other than the gift, there will be some Go Surprise literature which you can choose not to have included by clicking on the relevant box when checking out.
5. Can I send to a different delivery address?
You are free to send your product to a different delivery address including any home or work address. However, please note we will also require your billing address to complete the credit card transaction. Please remember to add an additional address during the checkout procedure.
6. Can I send to a different delivery name?
Yes, during the checkout when you are asked to if you want to send it to a “Choose a recipient or create a new recipient's details:”, please select this and enter a different name, enter the address you wish the gift to be sent to and then click onto that delivery address option once completed.
7. What if I am not in?
A signature will be required as proof of delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left at the delivery address and re–delivery will be attempted at a later date, alternatively, you can collect your delivery from the local depot. All voucher products are sent by Royal Mail and will be posted through your letter box.
8. What is the last order time for next day delivery?
Please place your order by 4pm for next day delivery.
9. Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can ring our Order Hotline on 0870 013 5511, open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm. If we are busy please leave your details and we will call you back as soon as possible.
10. How do I retrieve a lost password?
Go to Account/ Security details and enter the email address you used when you first registered to get your email address emailed back to you.
11. How do I obtain a catalogue?
At present we do not offer a catalogue. Our website is up to date for the latest products and offers.
12. What if I am having technical problems?
Please email customerservice@surpriseyourman.com and/or call 020 7290 9552 and we will do our utmost to resolve your query. If you wish, we will be happy to take a phone order.
13. What if my delivery is late?
We rely on 3rd party couriers and we will do our utmost to resolve any problems. Please call our customer service centre on 0870 013 5511 between the hours of 10 & 5.30pm or email customerservice@surpriseyourman.com . Please note, you will have been be sent a consignment number by email that will allow you to track your order, except for voucher based products. All voucher product are sent by Royal Mail so please allow 5 days for delivery.
14. Do you deliver overseas?

15. How do you unsubscribe from the surpriseyourman newsletter?
To unsubscribe from the surpriseyourman.com newsletter please email us at unsubscribe@surpriseyourwoman.com with your full name and email address and we will remove you from the mailing list. We will confirm your removal by email.
