Credit card safety
gosurprise Ltd., takes every possible step to make sure your data
is secure. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an advanced internet

information (including your name, address and credit card number)
will be encrypted while it is in transit making the details extremely
difficult
to read even if intercepted. As a result, your credit card and billing
information is secure on its way to our payment provider.

Please ensure that you are aware of your credit card company´s
policy on the unauthorised use of your credit card. In the event of
an unauthorised use of your credit card, most card issuers will cover
all the charges, or limit your liability to £50. In the event
that your bank holds you liable for the unauthorised use of your card
over our site, which occurred through no fault of your own, we will
cover your liability up to a maximum value of £50.
This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.
In the event of loss or unauthorised use of your credit
card you must inform your card provider immediately, in accordance
with their rules

Delivery
We delivery to UK postcodes only!
This includes Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish and Channel
Islands.
Telephone & Internet orders placed before 4pm can be delivered
by Midday the next working day to a home or office address by for a
fee of £5.50.Please note: a signature will be required as proof
of delivery. If no one is available a card will be left at the delivery
address and re–delivery will be attempted at a later date.As
voucher based gifts (spa days etc) are delivered by the Royal Mail,
please allow up to seven days for delivery.

hand written or printed on a gift card and delivered with your gift.
Returns policy
General products – 14 day limit
surpriseyourman.com prides itself on its No Quibble Returns policy.
Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered
is faulty, defective or you’ve had a change of heart (which is
fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition
within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective,
we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us.
Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and
in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions,
etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible
for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase,
e.g. delivery charge. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of
purchase.

to follow instructions… Refunds will be made to the original
purchasing card only! I
1. Replace the item in its original packaging, making sure to include
the packaging slip and any special offers.

3. Notify our Customer Services assistant as to whether you would prefer
an exchange or refund.
4. You will then be issued with a Return Authorisation Number and provided
with the correct Return Address.
Please make a note of your Return Authorisation Number and the correct
return address as this will vary according to the supplier.
5. Re–address the parcel with the new Return Address, ensuring
that the original delivery address is completely obscured to avoid
any confusion or delay.
For your own protection we ask that you insure the item to its full
purchase value against loss or damaged while in transit, as we cannot
be responsible for parcels that do not reach their destination address.
Please note that for hygiene reasons:
Underwears & Earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Specialist products (vouchers) – 1 year limit
surpriseyourman.com will refund vouchers for a period of 1 year
from the date of purchase at our discretion subject to the following
restrictions:
Redletterdays vouchers: We will refund open-dated vouchers (i.e. before
a reservation is made) subject to a 10% administration fee, to a minimum
of £15 and a maximum of £50. Refunds will be made to the
original purchasing card only.
Henlow Grange vouchers: Vouchers are valid for 12 months
after which they expire. Vouchers are non–refundable. Cancellation
of a residential stay more than 30 days in advance will result in a £25
administrative charge and less than 30 days in advance will result
in a £100
administrative fee. Cancellation of a day stay less than 7 days in
advance is non–refundable, between 7 and 30 days will lose 50%
of the fee and more than 30 days in advance will result in a £25
administrative fee.

Both an Order Confirmation email and a Despatch Confirmation email
(excluding voucher based gifts) will be sent to allow you to track
your order´s status

Privacy policy

gift purchasing experience on surpriseyourman.com and enable us to
send you reminder emails when important gift buying days, are approaching.
We may have to disclose your information to service suppliers to complete
your order. These parties include Royal Mail, Parcel Force. When you
give us your personal information you consent to this disclosure and

from a gosurprise Ltd., affiliate warehouse.

Ltd., and the customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English Courts.

10. Price Adjustments
The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time that the
customer places the order. gosurprise Ltd., is entitled to make adjustments
to the price to take account of any increase in supplier´s
prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to
an error or omission the price published for the goods on the website(s)
is wrong. gosurprise Ltd., will inform the customer of the correct
price and give them the opportunity to cancel the order. If the goods
have already been delivered the customer will be given the opportunity
to return the goods and receive a full refund of the price and any
delivery charges that have been paid for the goods.
All prices on the gosurprise Ltd., website(s) are inclusive of VAT
but exclusive of delivery and insurance charges which will be payable
as indicated at the time of placing the order.
11. Claims Limitation
If goods arrive damaged the customer must inform gosurprise Ltd., within
10 days. The gosurprise Ltd., customer services department will issue
the customer with a returns authorisation number and notify them
of the returns procedure. In the event that the customer does not
notify gosurprise Ltd., within 10 days gosurprise Ltd., shall have
no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. If goods are
returned without notifying the gosurprise Ltd., customer services
department and following the specified returns procedure they will
be returned to the customer and an administration fee as well as
the cost of shipping will be charged.
12. Your account security
The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of their username and password, and the activities that occur under
their username and password. The customer agrees to immediately notify
gosurprise Ltd., of any unauthorised use of their username and password,
or any other breach in security. gosurprise Ltd., cannot and will
not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer´s
failure to adequately safeguard their username and/or password, or
to otherwise comply with this section.
13. Termination
The customer agrees that gosurprise Ltd., in its sole discretion, may
terminate their password, account (or any part thereof) or use of
the website(s), and remove and discard any information posted by
the customer on the website(s), for any reason, including, without
limitation, if gosurprise Ltd., believes that the customer has violated
or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. The
customer agrees that gosurprise Ltd, may terminate their access to
the website(s) without prior notice, and they acknowledge and agree
that gosurprise Ltd., may immediately deactivate or delete their
account and all related information and files in their account and/or
bar any further access to such files or the website. Further, the
customer agrees that gosurprise Ltd., shall not be liable to them
or any third party for any termination of the customer´s access
to the website. The customer may discontinue their participation

14. Promotions
Free promotional offers will only apply to purchases of £20 and
higher. In the event that the original purchase item is not required
a return will only be accepted if the promotional item is returned
along with the returned item, if the original purchase is returned
without the promotional item the cost value of the promotional item
plus the delivery charge will be discounted from the value refunded
on the original purchase item(s). Only one free promotional item will
be delivered per person for any one promotion.
